Terms of Service

By downloading or using Distilo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

Distilo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@revodevs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Distilo offers free and premium subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled per Apple's refund policy.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within Distilo (recordings, notes, tasks, decisions). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Distilo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Distilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Kullanım Koşulları

Distilo'yu indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları ile bağlı olmayı kabul edersiniz. Lütfen dikkatlice okuyun.

1. Uygulamanın Kullanımı

Distilo, uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için size sınırlı, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir lisans verir. Uygulamayı kötüye kullanmamayı, tersine mühendislik yapmamayı veya kaynak kodunu çıkarmaya çalışmamayı kabul edersiniz.

2. Hesaplar

Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumaktan ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm etkinliklerden siz sorumlusunuz. Yetkisiz erişimden şüphelenirseniz derhal support@revodevs.com adresinden bize bildirin.

3. Abonelikler ve Ödemeler

Distilo ücretsiz ve premium abonelik seçenekleri sunar. Abonelikler Apple App Store üzerinden faturalandırılır. Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman cihazınızın abonelik ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İadeler Apple'ın iade politikasına göre işlenir.

4. Kullanıcı İçeriği

Distilo içinde oluşturduğunuz tüm içeriklerin (kayıtlar, notlar, görevler, kararlar) sahipliği sizde kalır. Uygulamayı kullanarak, içeriğinizi yalnızca hizmeti sunmak amacıyla işlememiz için bize sınırlı bir lisans vermiş olursunuz.

Distilo hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Hizmetin kesintisiz, hatasız veya zararlı bileşenlerden arınmış olacağını garanti etmeyiz.

7. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde Distilo, uygulamayı kullanımınızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

8. Koşullardaki Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
